Bug#339750: lintian: build-depends-without-arch-dep for cdbs-based packages

Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.13
Severity: normal

lintian reports

W: <cdbs-based-package> source: build-depends-without-arch-dep

for cdbs-based packages. I think this case should be added to excuses
as far as cdbs is required by clean target in debian/rules.
