Bug#321650: lintian: should not warn against 8bit chars on translated man pages
Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.11
Severity: normal
Tags: patch
Hi,
translated manual pages are written with non-ASCII characters, so
checks/manpages should not report "can't find numbered character"
errors on them.
Here is a patch.
