Bug#304866: Add warning for build-depends on lib<something not ending with -dev>
Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.8
Severity: wishlist
It might be a good idea to add a warning for build-depends on
lib<something>, that's not lib<something>-dev.
Of course, a bit of analysis on the current archive would be in order
before adding this test.
