Bug#301056: warning on missing debconf confmodule in postinst script but not if none exists

        Hi!

 lintian reports helpfully that the confmodule call in the postinst
script is missing. It just fails to do so if there is _no_ postinst
script in the package. I guess it definitely should yield the same
message then, too.

 I'm not sure if the same problem is with other maintainer script
checks, I hope it's only this one, but a quick look over the code wrt/
that problem might be helpful.
