Bug#277441: call desktop-file-validate to check .dekstop files

   Hi,

 It would be nice if lintian could check .desktop files with the
 desktop-file-validate tool of package desktop-file-utils, or perform a
 similar check.  This would prevent bugs like #275968 to happen.
