Package: lintian Version: 1.23.0 Severity: wishlist While packaging I forgot by accident to include the english version of the man page for a new binary, only included the german version. While lintian correctly complains when no man page is present, it does not even warn if only a non-english man page is present. Since english is fallback, shipping only a non-english man page leaves most users without a man page at all. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: alpha Kernel: Linux 2.4.26 Locale: LANG=de_DE@euro, LC_CTYPE=de_DE@euro Versions of packages lintian depends on: ii binutils 2.14.90.0.7-8 The GNU assembler, linker and bina ii diffstat 1.34-1 produces graph of changes introduc ii file 4.09-1 Determines file type using "magic" ii man-db 2.4.2-17 The on-line manual pager ii perl 5.8.3-3 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction -- no debconf information -- Helge Kreutzmann, Dipl.-Phys.
