Lintian warnings on setuid/setgid programs in the shadow package

While preparing a NMU for shadow (with the maintainer, Karl Ramm
<kcr@debian.org>, consent), I noticed a few lintian warnings for
setuid/setgid programs which are of course deliberately set as such:

W: passwd: setgid-binary usr/bin/chage 2755 root/shadow
W: passwd: setuid-binary usr/bin/chfn 4755 root/root
W: passwd: setuid-binary usr/bin/chsh 4755 root/root
W: passwd: setgid-binary usr/bin/expiry 2755 root/shadow
W: passwd: setuid-binary usr/bin/gpasswd 4755 root/root
W: passwd: setuid-binary usr/bin/passwd 4755 root/root

I suppose that a lintian exception for these is needed...
