Bug#225695: marked as done ([new check debian/menu-format] needs= values)

Hello Joy,

Could you add the following checks for menu:
1) icon: icon files must be in XPM (check for icon="*.xpm")
2) command: su-to-root must use -c command:
command="/usr/sbin/su-to-root -c *"

For testing the check: 1)trackballs, 2)iptraf

This bug should've been closed with 1.22.11 with the following entry:
+ Rewrite needs check properly, being more precise what is allowed
+ Complain about needs="dwww", as this is obsolete according to
  menu maintainer
