Oh? In my uptodate trunk, this check isn't yet there. In lintian, bugs
are tagged pending automatically upon commit.
If you tag them pending prematurely, we might forget to add the Closes:
in the changelog when this bug IS fixed. When the new fields check is
committed, the committer will check the BTS for bugs which might be
fixed by this.
