sash: Lintian exception for static /bin/sash removed

Hi,

This mail is to inform you that the upcoming release of lintian shall
not carry an exception for /bin/sash anymore regarding its statically
linkage anymore.

Only packages named *-static, and binaries names *-static or *.static,
and files in /boot are excluded.

I believe the case of sash is a perfect example of where a lintian
override is in order: it is definiteably intentional to have sash
static.

Cluttering lintian with those exceptions is not very clean, and lintian
cannot possibly know every exception. That's why the override system is
in place.

So: please install an override for your package sash to prevent the
warning from popping up when the next lintian is released.
