Bug#190897: Bug #190897: (outdated-autotools-helper-file)
outdated-autotools-helper-file should not become an error until the
test is fixed to avoid false positives on packages that build-depend
on autotools-dev and copy (or softlink) fresh helper scripts over the
stale ones from upstream before running configure.
I is not clear how this can be done, however. Is a build-dependency on
autotools-dev in itself sufficient evidence that debian/rules probably
does the right thing?
