Bug#268688: lintian: please detect inproper fiddling with device files

Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.2
Severity: wishlist

The current saoimage version, 1.35.1-1.2, unconditionally removes device files
in postrm, and creates them with mknod in postinst. This is not according to
policy 10.6, and something lintian could and should check for.
