If lintian gives this warning, the package as it is now is a NMU
according to the algorithm katie uses. That is, the most recent entry in
the changelog, aka the Changed-by, is not in maintainer or uploaders.
This is indeed a bit unclear, as this error is, more precisely:
| inconsisency in NMU'ness: according to katie's algorithm, this is a NMU,
| but the Debian revision part (-2 is this case) says it isn't. Either
| this is intentded as a NMU, choose a correct version number in that
| case. If this is _not_ intended as NMU, check that the last changelog
| entry occurs exactly the same as in debian/control
Also the name of the tag can better be changed... as it is also quite
often, as in this case, that the error is the other way around.
