Subject: lintian should uses too many override files

Package: lintian
Version: 1.20.17

When testing foo.deb, lintian should ignore /usr/share/lintian/overrides/foo,
but use the one buried in the deb instead.

Otherwise, there can be odd things that happen, when the one in the deb has
been updated, but the globally installed one(from a previous install) is used.

This is already what happens in lintian, has been fixed quite some time
ago (probably around the time override management shifted from lintian
to the package maintainers).

Closing.
