More lintian.d.o issues

I've just read through many of the tags and have found several
problems/issues/suggestions:

newer-standards-version - 3.5.10 is current according to packages.qa.d.o

W: s390-dasd source: unknown-architecture s390x
W: s390-netdevice source: unknown-architecture s390x
AFAIK s390x is the arch name for s390 64 bit

Most of the following should be 'usual' interpreters, although with
dependency checks:
W: emacspeak: unusual-interpreter
./usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/servers/outloud #!/usr/bin/tcl
W: caudium: unusual-interpreter ./usr/lib/caudium/bin/pixsl.pike
#!/usr/bin/pike7.2
W: clig: unusual-interpreter ./usr/bin/clig #!/usr/bin/tclsh8.3
W: irb1.7: unusual-interpreter ./usr/bin/irb1.7 #!/usr/bin/ruby1.7
W: nosql: unusual-interpreter ./usr/lib/nosql/ctime #!/bin/dash
W: pike7.4-core: unusual-interpreter
./usr/share/pike/7.4.21/lib/modules/SSL.pmod/client.pike
#!/usr/bin/pike7.4
W: procmail-lib: unusual-interpreter
./usr/share/procmail-lib/list-addr.rc #!/usr/bin/procmail

usr-doc-symlink-without-dependency - shouldn't that just be a simple
error for using /usr/doc? Or at least add to the long desc that /usr/doc
is bad.
