Possible improper use of the Debian Logo by IGN?

Hello, today I had noticed that vnboards.ign.com is using the Debian 
logo as one of the icons users can use on the messege boards, but users 
must pay for the ability to use such images. It struck me as an 
interesting dillema, being familiar with the general philosophy of 
debain. Here is the link to the image:
