I apologize, I thought that "in my own personal opinion" was clear
enough.

I can add that the Debian FTP Masters apparently consider CC-by-v3.0
acceptable for the main archive, even though they have never [1] provided
any explanation of the rationale behind their decision (at least as far
as I know).

I can also add that I disagree with this Debian FTP Masters' decision,
which I think is daft.
