libsecret is already published and available in Debian:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/libsecret-1-dev
Nice to have. Either option (in chromium config dir or libsecret)
would facilitate future automation of creating/retrieving per-user API
keys so distros wouldn't need to comply with the API terms of service
(since they are unable to anyway).
