Can someone dig up how Java was handled? Java is strictly trademarked and controlled bu sun, now by oracle. There are multiple independent Java implementations providing "java.lang.Object", as well a sun's openjdk. Is using java.foo.bar:
a) allowed by the trademark explictly b) considered that API/ABI cant be covered by trademarks c) something else Riku (not representing anyone but myself)
