This section lets you "use" some stuff. It is unclear if this means we
can distribute it or not.
Given all the limitations and stuff I would not go near this. Not
Worth Bothering With™.
Your time might be better spent working on joining the Debian Games
Team and getting vegastrike back into the archive ;)
