Nonetheless, if you think about it a little bit, you'll probably realize that the possible solutions are only two: either the Debian Open Use Logo with "Debian" is re-licensed in a DFSG-free manner (but this seems to raise trademark weakening concerns, see http://bugs.debian.org/587668#45 ), or otherwise any derivative work of that non-free logo has to be dropped from packages distributed in main. I think the Social Contract is clear enough on this regard.
