Hello Hendrik,

Thank you for the very useful pointer.  We've identified that the 2
files in question are identical (except for the license) in the current
JavaCC release.

We've requested that the upstream author release a new upstream version
with the updated license, and are waiting for his reply.  But I wanted
to ask the list if that is strictly necessary, given that we know the
contents of the files, save for the license, haven't changed.  That is,
would it be reasonable to document the new license for the (2) files
derived from JavaCC in debian/copyright and be done with it?
