python-imaging

I would like some input on the license for the package python-imaging,
which I think isn't fully in line with DFSG
; The full copyright file is as follow:

-----------------------------------------------------------------
This package was debianized by Simon Richter <sjr@debian.org> on
Mon, 21 May 2001 22:20:43 +0200.
As of 2004-01-05, it is maintained by Matthias Urlichs <smurf@debian.org>.

It was downloaded from http://www.pythonware.com/downloads/index.htm

My major objections is first the "using and obtaining" part, and
second is the "without fee" part. but I would like to hear from you
what you think.
