bittorrent open source license version 1.1

Hi all,

I'm working on deluge version 1.1.0 and it includes two files
(bencode.py, metafile.py) released under the "bittorrent open source
license version 1.1".

This is the license header:
~~~~~~~~
The contents of this file are subject to the BitTorrent Open Source License
Version 1.1 (the License).  You may not copy or use this file, in either
source code or executable form, except in compliance with the License.  You
may obtain a copy of the License at http://www.bittorrent.com/license/.
Software distributed under the License is distributed on an AS IS basis,
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.  See the License
for the specific language governing rights and limitations under the License.
I was not able to find the full text of the license at the url mentioned
above, but searching in the archive gave me a pointer to the following
discussion, which seems to mark the license as non-free:
	http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2005/10/msg00042.html
BTW, package qtorrent (orphaned) include a previous version of
bencode.py released under the same license version 1.0.
Any opinion?
Thanks,
