It seems nobody else is interested.
The click-wrap mechanism wouldn't be a problem, sun-java does the same.
If this is the only difficulty I'd give it a try.

If else, would a self-written "truecrypt-packaging package" like
googleearth-package go into main or has it to go into contrib?
