Actually, the Expat license lacks the final no-advertisement clause: see <http://www.jclark.com/xml/copying.txt>, which is the official URL for the Expat license, AFAICT. Anyway, I would recommend the unmodified Expat license for DEPs, in order to avoid license proliferation...
