Ogre demos distribution
Hello, I'm one of the maintainers for the package ogre. Ogre contains
demo programs upstream. However these demos are not distributed
through Debian because of the copyright clauses they contain. What I'm
asking here is whether or not we can distribute these demos based on
their copyright clause they are covered by.
Most of the sources contain this clause.
"This source file is part of OGRE
(Object-oriented Graphics Rendering Engine)
For the latest info, see http://www.ogre3d.org/
Copyright (c) 2000-2006 Torus Knot Software Ltd
Also see acknowledgements in Readme.html
You may use this sample code for anything you like, it is not covered by the
LGPL like the rest of the engine."
There's another clause in some demo that contains this.
"Feel free to use this for anything you want (Wumpus, OGRE Team 2004).
This file is public domain."
There's also some demos that contain this clause.
