is the "lucent public license" DFSG-free?

[ please cc-me on replies, I'm not subscribed, thanks! ]

Hi guys,
I'm considering packaging Galax [1], which is licensed under the terms
of the "Lucent Public License Version 1.0" [2]. Is that license
considered DFSG-free?

AFAICT it is DFSG-free. Besides it is also OSI approved (though I
haven't checked the differences between the one I mentioned in [2] and
the version 1.0.2 of the same license). But I can't find the license
listed on our wiki [3], so I'm starting to worrying ... also searching
the archives of -legal shows no results.

Any hint is appreciated,
TIA.
