Again, I exhort you: either choose an existing, well-understood free
license for your software, or (as a distant second) pay for the legal
consultation necessary to make a robust one. The debian-legal list is
*not* sufficient as a test for some license you make up yourself, and
we strongly discourage license proliferation.
