Font licencing

I create a subroutine used in type1 font. Do you think that with
licence is suitable.
In want:
o free copy even in commercial font
o free modification even in commercial closed font
o I don't want final users of thefont, the document writers, put a
credit line in thier document :-). Even in pdf that is a binary format
or word. I think first exeption address this issue
o I accept lack of documentation if the copyright is included in text
form in the ps file

As a special exception, if you create a document which uses this font,
and embed this font or unaltered portions of this font into the
document, this font does not by itself cause the resulting document to
be covered by the previous License. This exception does not however
invalidate any other reasons why the document might be covered by the
previous License. If you modify this font, you may extend this
exception to your version of the font, but you are not obligated to do
so. If you do not wish to do so, delete this exception statement from
your version.

As a special exeption you can drop off credit in documentation if this
program copyright is available in a human readable form. Human
readable form means that this copyright is in plain ascii text even in
a binary program.
If you want to use the previous exeption put also in human readable
form the following credit in your file before the licence: ''This
software use a /OtherSubrs function that use the following licence:''.
If you do not wish to use this exeption, delete this exception
statement from your version.
