Re: DBDesigner4 and Kylix
To my knowledge most of proprietary development tools
do allow you redistribute parts of them required for
programs compiled with them run; however I don't have
license to Kylix so I can't check it. You can see the
EULA comes with the Kylix.
On the other side, is such a proprietary program
really necessary? It is always not good to use any
proprietary programs or any "trapped" free software.
