So, another update: I got email from LL on Friday. He said that the
general counsel had produced a response, but that he (Lessig) hadn't
managed to read and revise before then. He was going to spend his
weekend doing that to get us the doc by Monday, but I told him it'd be
OK to get it to use by Tue or Wed.

So: we can expect a Creative Commons response by Tu or W next week.
