display-dhammapada: copyright clarification of polish translation

Hi,
in display-dhammapada upstream source is now polish translation of dhammapada
book included.  Copyright notice from the polish text says:

"This publication is not copyrighted. One can copy it and use any part
of it with mentioning the source. Publishers ask only for information
about it."

What do you think about it? Could you please help me with the
clarification letter to the publisher?
