Such claims are usually not based on copyright.  As I tried to
explain, the CC clause which is considered non-free weakens the
position of the original author if he asks for such changes.

Replacing "Evan Prodromou" with "Original Author" would probably be
enough to honor requests under the CC license mentioned in this
subthread.  I fail to see how this is a "grievous restriction" because
common courtesy already tells us to honor such requests..
