"still stays a source code and thus it becomes closer to open source
projects" is false--obfuscated code is not source at all.  This fails
DFSG#2.

If the license permits deobfuscating (which it must, to be a free
license), somebody spends the time doing so, and the results are actually
usable as source, it might pass.  (I didn't read the license.)
