This is a damn confusing license.
eSvn is available under two different licenses: If eSvn is linked against the GPLed version of Qt eSvn is released under the terms of GPL also.
Source code is not distributed linked. This grants no rights to the source code.
If eSvn is linked against a nonGPLed version of Qt eSvn is released under the terms of the eSvn License for non-Unix platforms
Ditto.I downloaded the SRPM from http://esvn.umputun.com/. Looking at the source files, they all have clear GPL notices, except for esvn-diff-wrapper.cpp, list_stat_parser.cpp, reposwindow.cpp, svn_commands.cpp, which have no copyright notice.
I conclude the author needs a little help getting his licensing clear...
