Well, sure. That said, the QPL is a stock licence, and it may be easier to get
Trolltech to amend that.

Notice that all other cases of source distribution come with the "no fee save
the cost of data transfer" kind of thing, so it could be argued that this
applies here too implicitly. IANAL though.

Well, i don't know if this is scary, in any comonplace case, the cost of data
transfer will be close to nil anyway, so ...
