Yeah, we could use your understanding of legalese.  :-)  Perhaps you can
explain bits to us and explain why the worrisome interpretations would
never be accepted by a court?  :-)  It would help if you are a specialist
in copyright, of course, since most lawyers don't seem to know much about
the aspects of the law specific to it.  :-)
