	This is interesting to consider.

	Is it too onerous if copyright notices are required to be part
of the work itself?  For instance, audio tapes and compact discs do not
have their copyright statements embedded in the music.  Instead, the
statements are printed on the physical media itself.  Is that
sufficient?
