Agreed that changing licenses is tedious. I think that Larry Hunter's
idea is the best that can be done for changing the existing license
and is also adequate for a license change.
As far as I've heard from ILISP developers over time, everyone would
welcome a license change. So, hopefully this will be the start of the
end of a history of license change discussions.
