Sun's ECC code in OpenSSL

Today, there's been some discussions on the OpenBSD-misc and other
security mail lists regarding an announcement SUN has made regarding a
source-code donation to OpenSSL[0].

Apparently there are licensing issues with this donated code. OpenBSD's
Theo de Raadt feels the SUN license (yet another license!) would make
OpenSSL non-free. He has even indicated this could be reason to fork
OpenSSL.

I'm wondering if anyone on debian-legal has seen the license and can
comment on it and how it would affect OpenSSL in Debian.

Unfortunately, I don't have a URL for the license directly, nor have the
openbsd-misc threads been archived to monkey.org yet.
