AFAIR the resolution consisted of TrollTech eventually giving in
(or, alternatively, coming to their senses) and dual-licensing Qt
under QPL *and* GPL. The QPL alone is still tought (by the
debian-legal consensus, at least) to be incompatible with the GPL.
