AT&T public license (for ksh): DFSG-compatible?

I need help with the AT&T public license for "AST" (available at their
website, at http://www.research.att.com/sw/license/). They're need to
package ksh93 (pdksh only implements ksh88).

I simply don't know enough legalese english to be sure whether it meets the
DFSG or not. The AT&T FAQ also talks a bit about the issue, it is in
