Use of the "official" debian logo for my talk

Hi there,
I intend to talk about Debian and the implementation of the free software 
philosophy in the debian project at the Chaos Communication Congress 
(27/28/29
December, Berlin/Germany). (http://www.debian.org/events/2000/1227-17c3).

Now my question:
the presentation is build with magicpoint and will be opensource.
Is there a way to use the official logo in the presentation?
I did not finish my nm procedure yet, so I think I have to ask you.
