I don't think you have anything to worry about at the moment. Reverse
engineering protections have kinda weird legal grounds anyway and there
are reverse-engineered napster CLIENTS already. The people who would have
to attempt to sue seem unlikely to.
There doesn't appear to be a legal danger, and there's no need to invent
our own dangers if we don't have to.
