When running xgettext on a program, it generates a .pot file that starts with: # SOME DESCRIPTIVE TITLE. # Copyright (C) YEAR Free Software Foundation, Inc. # FIRST AUTHOR <EMAIL@ADDRESS>, YEAR. # Should (must?) the "Copright FSF" line remain there?
