The pine emulation in mutt assumes that (a) you've memorized the
keystrokes, and (b) that you're happy settling for the subset
which is implemented.  I think you can hit F1 to bring up keystroke
help, but it's in a form which is much more difficult for a novice
to use than what pine does.
