Hmmm, a modification. It seems to me a addendum to the license.

Yes you can see it if necessary but I am afraid you can not understand
it, for it is written in Japanese :-)
Also please note that the above question is not specifically about
xengine but general issue. xengine itself will include a good copyright
by efforts of Muto san (= Mr. Muto) as he said already.
