at least one; i know that before i read the gpl (which was, coincidentally,
when i started learning perl and discovered that it had a different licence)
i licenced everything i wrote under it, because it was the only free licence
i knew and the top of it looked legalish, so i figured it wasn't going to be
easily exploitable for loopholes. (admittedly, i never -released- anything
i wrote, but that's because i never wrote anything noteworthy. ;p)
