I haven't followed the discussion in all details, but last thing I know,
Jikes still contained a revocation clause which many felt was inacceptible
(even though not explicitly disallowed by the current DFSG).
If the Jikes license still contains this clause, I think jikes should not be
in main or contrib, but in non-free only.
